Surtani Residence

This was a whole house relandscape involing the removal of the front steps and part of the walk. The addition of raised planters and a low landscape wall with built in lighting in the front yard help to accentuate the front door and main walkway entrance . The back yard patio area was renovated to include a raised custom spa, covered trellis area, contemporary lighting and a creative artistic glass and metal wind mill. Privacy screening of natural plants helps to seclude the space from the sides of the yard and the neighbors without affecting the view to the golf course. The front and back yard where intensely planted with unusual items to enhance the overall feel and appearance of the landscape.
